Fantastic stay, as always. A lot of goodies for breakfast. - Comfy bed, clean bathroom, and a writing table and a chair in the room. - Had a marvelous and amazing location very close to the shopping street, close to Manga Koshien Dori. - Really close to restaurants, all the restos, and numerous other activities.

Overall the place is fairly clean and enchanting, it met expectations. The hotel rooms are brand-new with loveseat as well as desk chair. The location is exceptionally nice and the stuff is very professional!

Not obvious to find!

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Kochi that offered more than most. The rooms were spacious, with a big TV and a comfortable couch. The bathroom had plenty of room to move around, and I was impressed by the outstanding cleanliness throughout the hotel. The location was convenient, close to both the station and the castle park. Plus, unlike other hotels I've stayed in, there was no trace of cigarette smoke. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for the clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel's attention to detail was also impressive, with basic amenities provided and a room layout that included a loveseat and desk chair alongside the two beds. Moreover, the location in the city centre was perfect, within walking distance to various attractions mentioned in the reviews. The staff were friendly and provided great service, making my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the breakfast, whether Japanese or Western style, was delicious and fulfilling, offering a great start to the day.

Great Location and Clean Rooms

Stayed in a hotel in a great location that was walkable to all the main attractions. The rooms were clean and affordable, which was a great value for the price. Another advantage was the easy access to public transportation, making it easy to get around and explore the city.

The lack of communication with staff was a real issue as most of them spoke little to no English, making it quite difficult to understand directions or recommendations. the atmosphere in the hotel was quite boring and dull, making it a less enjoyable stay overall.

Our romantic escape was lovely! the hotel offered two complementary facts that added to the ambiance of our stay. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful park and delicious local restaurants. the room was spacious and had a comfy bed that we enjoyed.

There were a few worst aspects that detracted from our experience. the cleanliness of the room could have been improved, especially noticeable on the fridge handle.
